Excellent customer service and great product

The first item I received had an issue. I reached out to customer service not sure how they would respond, but they were very nice and shipped me a new item that day completely free. The rattle is wonderful. I love that it is free from chemicals, made in the USA and safe for my baby. Thank you manzanita kids for such a great product.
