Fulfilling Your Orders

If you have been part of our family throughout the last year or so, you know we have made a couple big changes beyond wooden toys that came together all at once.

At the beginning of March, we moved to a fulfillment center in Orem, Utah just down the road from our shop. Since this change you will now receive packages from an address called "ShipStud." They are a great team and we are so excited to be working with them.

The reason we made this big change was to minimize production time and maximize order accuracy. This also means we are unable to personalize toys excluding growth charts, stools, and ornaments. We will keep these items for the foreseeable future. 

Another change that comes from this will be growth chart and stool shipping. Stools and growth charts will ship on Wednesdays. If you need it ASAP, we can do the best we can but it is not guaranteed.

Now that we don't ship out of our main office, we have more time to engineer new toys, connect with our customers and solve any problems with orders that may arise.
